Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Heavy data entry/billing
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, and all team members through open and interactive communication
  • Follow-up with customers on overdue accounts.
  • Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills

  • Cooperation - pleasant with others on the job, displaying a good-nature, and cooperative attitude with the desire to contribute to the continual building of a team environment
  • Strong billing, collections, and data entry skills
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 5 years (Required)
